A hydroponic vegetable cultivation method and an apparatus thereof are disclosed. The hydroponic vegetable cultivation apparatus mainly comprises at least a plurality of juxtaposed tanks utilized for placement of a culture liquid and a plurality of planting units placed in and slidably movable along the tanks, in which each planting unit is placed with vegetable seeds. The cultivation and plantation of hydroponic vegetables can be built by the adsorption of culture liquid, and the planting units are sequentially pushed back in accordance with the planting date. When the planting unit is pushed to the farthest end of the tank, the grow-up hydroponic vegetable can be harvested, capable of facilitating the cultivation of hydroponic vegetables efficiently. The planting units are arranged on a sliding board which is provided with fixed holders corresponding to each tank and having adsorption members, so that the adsorption member on each fixed holder is utilized to be placed with vegetable seeds.
