PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug dispensing system which makes it possible to prevent wrong drugs from being picked.SOLUTION: A drug dispensing system 1 includes: a host computer 4 including an input device 8 which receives prescription data based on a prescription a drug discharging device 10 which discharges drugs stored in advance therein, in accordance with the prescription data and a picking inspection device 20 which inspects the drugs picked in accordance with the prescription data. The drug discharging device 10 outputs replenishment information relating to drugs which have not been discharged by the drug discharging device 10 but need replenishing. The picking inspection device 20 receives the replenishment information and inspects picking of the drugs replenished in accordance with the replenishment information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
