PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating instrument capable of efficiently conducting heat of a heat source to a heating unit.SOLUTION: A heating head 2 includes a heating unit 20, and a heat source 22 for heating the heating unit 20. A heat transfer unit 21 for conducting the heat of the heat source 22 to the heating unit 20 by heat conducting action is provided. The heat transfer unit 21 is constituted by joining a plurality of divided bodies 40 and 41. The heat source 22 is disposed in a heat source loading part 50 provided between the joint surfaces of the divided bodies 40 and 41. A rib 44 is projectingly provided on the heat source loading part 50 of one divided body 40 of the divided bodies 40 and 41.
