PURPOSE: A device for correcting a breast base line is provided to correct a breast base line by pressurizing body tissue corresponding to a prosthesis. CONSTITUTION: A device corrects a breast base line after a breast enlargement operation. The device comprises a correction part (130) which is located under the breast and prevents a prosthesis (120) inserted into the breast from being lowered, and a coupling part (140) for fixing the correction part by coupling body tissue (150) corresponding to the location of the correction part with the correction part.본 발명은 유방확대 수술에 따른 유방 밑 선 교정을 위한 보정 장치에 관한 것으로, 유방 확대 수술을 진행하는 경우에 늑골에 연결된 대흉근을 박리함에 따라 발생하는 보형물 하강 현상을 방지하기 위해 수술 이후의 유방의 하단부에 위치시킨 실리콘 보정부을 대응되는 신체조직에 결합함으로써 유방 내에 삽입된 보형물에 의해 가슴이 하강는 것을 방지하기 위한 유방확대 수술에 따른 유방 밑 선 교정을 위한 보정 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 유방확대 수술에 따른 유방 밑 선 교정을 위한 보정 장치는 수술한 유방의 하단에 위치하여 상기 유방 내에 삽입된 보형물의 하강을 방지하기 위한 보정부 및 상기 보정부의 위치에 대응되는 신체조직과 상기 보정부를 상호 결합하여 상기 보정부를 고정시키기 위한 체결부를 포함함에 기술적 의의가 있다.
