PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement/retreat aid for treatment instrument capable of easily moving the treatment instrument in an axial direction in a state of inserting an optional treatment instrument into a channel of an endoscope.SOLUTION: A movement/retreat aid comprises: a base to be attached to an endoscope； a first cylinder having a passage into which the treatment instrument is inserted； a cylinder tip part which is provided on one end side of the first cylinder, penetrates a forceps plug attached to a treatment instrument insertion hole of the endoscope when the base is attached to the endoscope, and which penetrates the treatment instrument insertion hole； and a second cylinder into which the treatment instrument is inserted in a state of holding an external surface of the treatment instrument passed through the passage of the first cylinder, and moves in a direction along a center shaft of the passage to the first cylinder and the base by an external operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 内視鏡のチャンネルに適宜の処置具を挿入した状態で処置具をその軸方向に沿って動かし易くすることが可能な処置具の進退補助具を提供する。【解決手段】 進退補助具は、内視鏡に取り付けられるベースと、処置具が挿通される通路を有する第１の筒と、第１の筒の一端側に設けられ、ベースが内視鏡に取り付けられたときに内視鏡の処置具挿通口に取り付けられた鉗子栓を貫通するとともに、処置具挿通口を貫通する筒先端部と、第１の筒の通路を通過した処置具の外表面を保持した状態で内部に処置具を挿通するとともに、外部からの操作によりベース及び第１の筒に対して通路の中心軸に沿う方向に移動する第２の筒とを有する。【選択図】図３
