The present invention relates to an attenuated porcine epidemic diarrhea virus strain and to a vaccine composition including the same and, more specifically, to an attenuated porcine epidemic diarrhea virus strain (Deposit no. KCTC 12520BP), vaccine and vaccine compositions including the same, a kit including a dispenser to inject vaccine to pigs and compositions including the dispenser for preventing infection of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, and a method for inducing protective immune reaction against porcine epidemic diarrhea virus. The attenuated live vaccine and inactivity vaccine of the present invention has greater stability and immunogenicity than existing vaccines, and greater effect in preventing infection of new mutants caused by the genetic variation of the porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, thereby being capable of usage for preventing the infection of porcine epidemic diarrhea diseases and for inducing the immune reaction.
