It is intended to provide a novel quinazoline derivative with less skin irritation and an excellent action of strongly suppressing scratching behavior and a pharmaceutical composition containing the quinazoline derivative as an active ingredient. The present invention is directed to the quinazoline derivative represented by the general formula [1] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In the general formula [1], R 1 represents hydrogen or the like, R 2 represents hydrogen or the like, R 3 and R 4 are the same or different and represent hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy or halogen, R 5 is combined with R 6 to represent alkylene or represents hydrogen, hydroxy, alkyl, phenyl or alkoxy, R 6 represents (1) alkyl, (2) cycloalkyl, (3) phenyl, (4) a 5- to 10-membered aromatic heterocyclic group containing one to three heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of a nitrogen atom, an oxygen atom and a sulfur atom, or (5) -N(R 61 ) (R 62 ).본 발명은 피부 자극성이 적고, 긁는 행동을 강하게 억제하는 우수한 작용을 갖는 신규 퀴나졸린 유도체 및 그 퀴나졸린 유도체를 유효 성분으로서 함유하는 의약 조성물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.본 발명으로서, 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 퀴나졸린 유도체 또는 그 의약상 허용되는 염으로 구성된다:화학식 1 중, R1은 수소 등을 나타내고, R2는 수소 등을 나타내며, R3및 R4는 동일하거나 또는 상이하며 수소, 알킬, 알콕시 또는 할로겐을 나타내고, R5는 R6과 함께 알킬렌을 나타내거나 또는 수소, 히드록시, 알킬, 페닐 혹은 알콕시를 나타내며, R6은 (1) 알킬, (2) 시클로알킬, (3) 페닐, (4) 질소 원자, 산소 원자 및 황 원자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1∼3개의 헤테로 원자를 함유하는 5∼10원의 방향족 복소환기 또는 (5) -N(R61)(R62)를 나타낸다.
