A medical system includes a shaft with a distal manipulable portion deliverable to a bodily cavity via a catheter sheath. The manipulable portion is coupled at the proximal end of the shaft to an actuator set, each actuator within the set configured to independently change a configuration of the manipulable portion. A housing at the proximal end of the shaft comprises a movable cover which restricts or permits user access to at least a part of an actuator within the set. The cover is operable to engage with actuators within the set to move them away from their respective actuation positions in order to cause a change in the size and/or shape of the manipulable portion.
