The X-ray marker device has an arrangement of x-ray markers (1,2,3,4), where the lines have a part of the device line sections (V1-V12). The device lines are identified as pyramid lines, where the edges provide a pyramid shape. Five x-ray markers lie on three pyramid lines, where two x-ray markers are arranged along the three pyramid lines. The number of the x-ray marker is different for the pyramid lines. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for determining a mapping between X-ray markers of X-ray marker device and marker images of X-ray (2) a navigation method for positioning an object by an object positioning data (3) a program which runs on a computer and (4) a navigation system with a computer.
