The invention relates to vascular, particularly cardiovascular, surgical and therapeutical instruments, especially to the cutting balloon catheter designed for defragmentation of vascular stenosis. The proposed invention is a cutting balloon catheter comprising the catheter housing (1) having a channel (2), which accomodates at least one lumen (3, 3a, 3b, 4), and a guidewire (5), external balloon (6), which is located at the distal part of the catheter housing (1) and connected to the first lumen (3, 3a, 3b), wherein at least one defragmentation element (7) attached to the outer surface of the outer balloon (6). Balloon catheter further comprises an inner balloon (10) attached to the catheter housing (1) which is completely covered by the outer balloon (6) and is connected to the second lumen (4).Linvention concerne des instruments chirurgicaux et thérapeutiques vasculaires, en particulier cardiovasculaires, et, en particulier, un cathéter à ballonnet coupant conçu pour une défragmentation dune sténose vasculaire.
