The present invention relates to a system for maintaining a maintenance operation history of a nuclear power plant by using a bar-code and aims to improve the reliability of a data management and operational convenience in operating a power plant by automatically inputting and transmitting an operation start/end time, which are to be inputted by an operator for each operation step, by using a bar-code system to a system, and by processing operation start/end time when necessary to utilize the processed operation start/end day and time as basic data to determine information on unavailable apparatuses of a power plant risk monitoring system or the like.
