The present invention relates to a mask pack comprising a nanofiber and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the mask pack which comprises first and second polyurethane nanofiber layers having different diameters laminated on a substrate. The mask pack can maximally inhibit the delamination phenomena by stabilizing the bond between the substrate and the nanofiber layers, and has significantly improved skin adhesion due to the presence of the nanofiber layers.
