PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bath water modifying equipment capable of performing alkaline modification and hydrogen modification easily, economically, and safely, and a bathing method using the same.SOLUTION: By utilizing a reaction in which a metal magnesium (Mg) simple substance is reacted with water to generate hydrogen (H2), magnesium ions (Mg2+), and hydroxide ions (OH-), bath water modifying equipment performs alkaline modification by the generated hydroxide ions (OH-), and hydrogen modification by the generated hydrogen (H2) easily, economically, and safely.
