PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pellet feed production device by which downsizing and power saving of a mixing and conveying device are achieved, and feed excellent in texture like chewiness or flavor is produced by kneading potato pieces and crushed barley.SOLUTION: The pellet feed production device 1 includes: raw material feeding parts 3, 4 the mixing and conveying device 2 mixing a plurality of raw materials fed from the raw material feeding parts 3, 4 and conveying the resultant material to a second process a granulating device 7 granulating the mixed raw materials into pellets or other granular bodies a heating part 9 receiving and heating the granular bodies and a cooling part 11 cooling the heated granular bodies.
