The present invention relates to a skin theragnostic system for anti-aging, implementing a non-invasive ultrasonic skin regeneration system, which causes skin regeneration through a non-invasive epidermal stimulus, and an ultrasonic skin regeneration system, which combines images obtained by a high-resolution imaging technique (OCT) with regard to skin sections in the absence of interference from sound waves, which is capable of diagnosis and real-time treatment effect confirmation through the OCT images, and to which the concept of multi-focus is applied. The present invention provides a skin theragnostic system comprising: an ultrasonic control device having an ultrasonic converter, thereby generating ultrasonic waves and treating the skin and an OCT (optical coherence tomography) device having a galvano mirror, thereby emitting light, which has been generated from a light source, successively to the skin according to a rotation of the galvano mirror, detecting light, which has been reflected from the skin, successively using a photodetector, and detecting an image related to a skin section, wherein the ultrasonic converter comprises a first ultrasonic conversion element, a second ultrasonic element spaced from the first ultrasonic conversion element and arranged to have symmetry with the same, and a galvano mirror positioned in the middle of the first and second ultrasonic conversion elements. The ultrasonic converter further comprises a second beam directing unit comprising two convex lenses, above the galvano mirror, configured such that convex parts of the two convex lenses face each other. The OCT device further comprises: an axicon for generating a Bessel beam from light from the light source a first beam directing unit comprising two convex lenses arranged such that the convex parts of the two convex lenses face each other, thereby adjusting the direction of propagation of light emitted from the axicon and transferring the Bessel beam to the galvano mirror
