Disclosed is a seedling transplantation apparatus which can transplant seedlings of crops. The seedling transplantation apparatus comprises: a transplantation apparatus body a rotation movement module which rotates and moves seedlings along a transplantation circulation path including a transplantation location of the seedlings and at least one seedling transplantation module which is moved along the transplantation circulation path. The seedling transplantation module comprises an upper end body, a first transplantation shovel, a second transplantation shovel, a shovel open unit, and a shovel close unit. The upper end body is joined to the rotation movement module. The first transplantation shovel is arranged under the upper end body and is hinged, to be able to be rotated, to one side of the upper end body. The second transplantation shovel is arranged under the upper end body and is hinged to allow rotation to the other side of the upper end body. The shovel open unit is arranged on lateral sides in one direction of the first and second transplantation shovels and can change states of the first and second transplantation shovels to an open state. The shovel close unit is arranged on the lateral sides in one direction of the first and second transplantation shovels and can change the open state to a close state.
