The extract is obtained by immersing Rheum undulatum, Pleuropterus, and Cassia tora L. at 4-30°；C for 1-10 days, and extracting at 20-40°；C for 1-10 hours using water, hydrous or anhydrous alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, or hydrous glycol thereof.
