The X-ray device includes an X-ray radiation area control unit which controls the X-ray radiation area, the camera which outputs the object image by photographing the object, the display unit for displaying the image of the object photographed by the camera and the X-ray radiation area, and a control unit for controlling the X-ray radiation area control unit to control the radiation area of the X-ray radiated to the object by the control if the X-ray radiation area displayed on the display unit is controlled by the operation of a user.
