FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the field of medicine, namely to medical equipment, and can be used in the functional diagnostics of the cardiovascular system on an outpatient basis. Device for remote wireless diagnosis of the functional state of the human cardiovascular system based on motor activity and the method of photoplethysmography contains a photoplethysmography sensor, which records information about the hemodynamic parameters of the patient. Device is made in the form of a wireless bracelet, worn on the body of the patient, which is additionally integrated: a battery for the operation of the device without the use of wires, a Bluetooth module for communicating with a cellular phone, an accelerometer for comparing the patient's motor activity with medical data of pulse wave measurements and heart rate. In this case, the transfer of information about the status of the patient's cardiovascular system to the doctor occurs in real time by using the Bluetooth module and a cellular phone as a transmitting device to the Internet. Method for remote wireless diagnosis of the functional state of the cardiovascular system (CVS) of a person based on motor activity and photoplethysmography (PPG) comprises the steps of determining the pulse wave and heart rate measurement data obtained from PPG sensors. Intelligent processing of pulse wave and heart rate data is performed, which consists in filtering the obtained data using a bandpass filter, squaring the pulse wave function and differentiating in real time. Data of PPG, reflecting changes in the pulse wave and heart rate, is compared with the data obtained from an accelerometer on the motor activity of a person. A correlation is made between the motor activity and the data of the photoplethysmogram at specific times, identifying critical conditions of the CVS, requiring immediate response of medical personnel.EFFECT: group of inventions provides remote wireless diagnostics of the functional sta
