An electrical stimulation apparatus and an electrical stimulation system are provided. The system includes an unlock apparatus and the electrical stimulation apparatus. The unlock apparatus stores operation configuration different from the default configuration. The electrical stimulation apparatus includes a transmission interface, a storage and a controller. The transmission interface receives the operation configuration from the unlock apparatus or an input operation from users. The storage is coupled to the transmission interface and stores the operation configuration. The controller is coupled to the transmission interface and the storage. In response to an unlock behavior of the unlock apparatus conforming to an unlock condition, the controller provides a stimulation signal according to the operation configuration. In response to the unlock behavior not conforming to the unlock condition, the provision of the stimulation signal would be blocked.
