The present invention discloses crystal forms of an anticancer compound of (R)-3-[1-(2,6-dichloro-3-fluorophenyl)ethoxy]-5-[3-fluorophenyl-1-dimethylphosphine acyloxy-4-yl] pyridin-2-amine and their preparation method, which have the structural formula showing as formula (I). The crystal forms of present invention are stable, low hygroscopic, good liquidity and suitable for pharmaceutical preparation.本發明涉及一種抗癌化合物(R)-3-[1-(2,6-二氯-3-氟苯基)乙氧基]-5-[3-氟苯基-1-二甲基膦醯氧-4-基]吡啶-2-胺的晶型和製備方法,其結構式如式(I)所示。本發明晶型穩定性良好,吸濕性低,流動性好,符合醫藥製劑應用需求。
