PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emitter capable of preventing clogging of a flow passage due to a biofilm.SOLUTION: There is provided an emitter that is an emitter 200 disposed at a position corresponding to a discharge port communicating with inside and outside of a tube on an inner wall surface of the tube for flowing irrigation liquid to quantitatively discharge the irrigation liquid in the tube from the discharge port. The emitter 200 comprises a water intake section 211 for introducing the irrigation liquid a discharge section 241 for discharging the irrigation liquid and a flow passage 222 for connecting the water intake section and the discharge section to flow the irrigation liquid.
