The present invention relates to LDL-lowering and HDL-increasing pharmaceutical compositions comprising HMG CoA reductase inhibitor NADPH oxidase inhibitor, and optionally oil containing long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
