An applicator (10) for administering a liquid to a selected location of a patient includes a main body (12) having an interior cavity (17) and a flexible outer wall (14). A frangible ampoule (18) is configured to contain the liquid (20) and configured to be positioned within the interior cavity (17) of the main body (12). A hypodermic tube (42) has a proximal end (40) attached to the main body (12) and a distal end (43).
