PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic not causing dryness and roughness or tightness to the skin of a person but having deodorant effect by containing a rice origin useful component fully maintaining moisture (moistness, wetness, and shininess) of the skin, which uses rice as a safe raw material, in a cosmetic product.SOLUTION: There is provided a cosmetic containing rice malt fermented after adding salt and water to the rice malt, and a moisturizing effect is enhanced by containing sugar cane origin molasses.
