PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof protector of a trauma part in which water is completely interrupted by improving a structure of an opening part for inserting hands and feet, and thereby the protection of an injury portion is made possible and a long life as a product is ensured.SOLUTION: A waterproof protector 1 of a trauma part concerning the present invention includes a flexible bag body 10 having an opening at one end or both ends and comprising a waterproof material, and an elastic annular tightening body 20 mounted at one end or both ends of the bag body 10 hermetically and adhesively. In the waterproof protector, the annular tightening body 20 includes a cylindrical part 21 formed so as to cover a portion of ones limbs in a water-tight state, and a flange part 22 projectingly formed in the radially outward direction in an opening edge of the cylindrical part 21. Preferably, the cylindrical part 21 may be formed in a diameter smaller than the other end of the bag body 10.
