PURPOSE: A fishing net assembly and a method for capturing fish using a fishing net are provided to monitor fish inside a fishing net body through a camera and to lift up the fishing net body having sufficient fish inside, thereby improving the productivity of fishing operation. CONSTITUTION: A fishing net assembly comprises a fishing net body(210), a bait holding part(211), multiple fishing net lifting rope(220), a lamp(230), a first camera(231), a fishing net opening/closing unit, a connecting hook(240), a connecting rope(245), and a second camera. The first camera at the lower side of the connecting hook monitors fish inside the fishing net body. The second camera at the upper side of the connecting hook monitors the opening and closing of the inlet of the fishing net body. The fishing net lifting rope is lifted up so that the fishing net body is lifted up from water. When the fishing net body is lifted up from the water, the inlet of the fishing net body is closed by the fishing net opening/closing unit.본 발명은 선상에서 수중에 내리고 수중에서 올릴 수 있도록 구성된 어망 조립체 및 어망을 이용한 어류 포획 방법에 관한 것이다. 선상에서 수중에 내리고 수중에서 올릴 수 있도록 구성된 어망 조립체는, 어류를 포획하기 위한 공간을 갖는 어망 본체； 미끼를 거치하기 위해 상기 어망 본체를 가로질러 설치되는 미끼 거치부； 상기 어망 본체를 견인하기 위해 상기 어망 본체에 연결된 복수의 어망 견인 로프； 상기 어망 본체의 상부에 배치된 조명등； 상기 조명등에 인접하게 배치되고 영상을 전송하는 기능을 갖는 제1 카메라； 를 포함하고, 상기 제1 카메라에 의해 상기 어망 본체 내부의 어류를 감시하고, 상기 어망 견인 로프를 들어올려서 상기 어망 본체를 수중에서 올릴 수 있도록 구성된다.이러한 구성에 따르면, 카메라를 통해 어망 본체 내의 어류를 감시하여, 어망 본체 내로 어류가 충분히 들어온 상태에서 어망 본체를 수중에서 들어올림으로써 조업의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 어망 조립체 및 어망을 이용한 어류 포획 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
