The present invention relates to: a sustained-release formulation of a quinolone-based antibiotic； a pharmaceutical composition of a sustained-release antibiotic including the same； and a method for producing the same sustained-release formulation. A suspension injection-agent including the sustained-release formulation of the quinolone-based antibiotic can continuously provide an effect by one-time injection. Therefore, inconvenience of the prior formulation, which should be injected three days in a row, can be eliminated. The suspension injection-agent can be easily suspended again and thus is highly stable even when stored for a long time. Therefore, the suspension injection-agent can be advantageously used as an antibiotic and an agent for treating respiratory diseases of animals.본 발명은 퀴놀론계 항생제의 서방형 제제, 이를 포함하는 서방형 항생제 약제학적 조성물 및 상기 서방형 제제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 퀴놀론계 항생제의 서방형 제제를 포함하는 현탁액 주사제는 단 회 투여만으로도 약효가 지속적으로 나타나므로 3일 연속 투여하는 기존 제제의 불편함을 해소할 수 있고, 재현탁이 용이하므로 장시간 방치하여도 안정성이 높다. 따라서, 본 발명은 항생제 및 동물의 호흡기 질병 등의 치료제로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
