The radio frequency ablation device (300) comprises a double or multi-chamber balloon blocking catheter (310) and a radio frequency ablation catheter (320). Two or more electrodes (322, 325, 326) are arranged on the electrode support (321), and are connected to a radio frequency generator respectively by means of the corresponding guide wires arranged in the radio frequency ablation catheter (320). When the radio frequency ablation device (300) is used for ablating lumen peripheral nerves, inflating a closed balloon (311) arranged at the far end of the guide catheter (310) to block local blood flow in a blood vessel； injecting, by means of an infusion port at the tip of the guide catheter (310), liquid/gas into the blood vessel at the ablation site to change the electrically conductive environment and/or temperature environment, and forming, by means of the different electrodes (322,325, 326) controlling the radio frequency ablation catheter, a loop through the vessel wall and between the radio frequency electrode (325) and the loop electrode (326) to carry out radio frequency ablation. The invention has ideal nerve ablation effect.
