A method for computed drafting of the variants of the individual diet comprises input of the data on the state of health of the patient, their procession, and the calculation of the diet. The "Dialog" system of decision making is used containing the computerized unit of inputting data and the channel for direct or remote data communication between the patient (or the [person who represents the patient) and/or doctor, and/or dieting expert. This unit contains the databases of formalized as well non-formalized data pertaining to the patient. The channel for data communication between the patient (or the person who represents the patient) and/or doctor, and/or dieting expert allows for the communication between the persons indicated above. The formalized data are inputted to the unit of the primary clinical and laboratory examination, then to the processing unit for calculation of the diet and drafting of the variants of the individual diet. Based on these data and the calculations of the elements of the diet, the final individual diet is drafted. Taking into account the current data on clinical and laboratory examination, the diet could be corrected or changed based on the communication between the patient (or the person who represents the patient) and/or doctor, and/or dieting expert realized by the above communication channels.Спосіб автоматизованого складання варіантів індивідуальної дієти включає процес введення вихідних даних про хворого/пацієнта, комплекс проведення первісних клініко-лабораторних обстежень стану здоровя хворого/пацієнта, обробку даних, розрахунки елементів дієт і складання варіантів дієт, індикацію результатів розрахунків і складання дієт.
