PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transducer or the like such as a capacitive transducer having high insulation between an electrode or wiring and a surface of the transducer.SOLUTION: In the capacitive transducer, a first electrode 101 and a second electrode 102 which are disposed on a substrate 100 are connected with an external circuit via a flexible substrate 300. The first and second electrodes are electrically connected in a portion that is opposite to wiring in a region where top and bottom faces are not held between insulation films 302 and 303 within the flexible substrate.
