PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing machine including a receiving net for improving yield efficiency by preventing the stay of grains at the boundary part between a front threshing cylinder and a rear threshing cylinder, and reducing free grains.SOLUTION: The receiving net 46 is divided into four regions by partitions 55, 56, and 57, and the opening areas of leaking holes 50, 51, and 52 are formed so as to reduce the opening areas according to the approach to the downstream side in the grain culm-conveying direction of from the front region F, through the intermediate region M to the rear region R. As a result, the leaked down product having good quality and containing little impurity leaks down from the front leaking holes 50 in the front region F having smallest opening areas. The intermediate region M is formed so as to span the boundary part between the front threshing cylinder and the rear threshing cylinder, and leaks the leaking product from the intermediate leaking holes 51 having the opening areas larger than those of the front leaking holes 50 at a speed not allowing the grains to stay at the boundary part of the threshing cylinders while keeping the prescribed quality.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】前部扱胴と後部扱胴と境界部における穀粒の滞留を防止し、ササリ粒の発生を低減させて、収穫効率を向上させる受網を備えた脱穀機を提供する。【解決手段】受網46は、仕切板55,56,57によって4つの領域に区分けされていると共に、前部領域F、中部領域M、後部領域Rと穀稈搬送方向後流側に行くに従って、漏下孔50,51,52の開口面積が小さくなるように形成されている。そのため、開口面積の最も小さい前部領域Fの前部漏下孔50からは、夾雑物の少ない品質の良い漏下物が漏下する。また、中部領域Mは、前部扱胴と後部扱胴との境界部を跨ぐように形成されているが、前部漏下孔50よりも開口面積の大きな中部漏下孔51により、所定の品質を保ちつつ、扱胴の境界部において穀粒が滞留しない速度で漏下物を漏下させる。【選択図】図7
