The present invention relates to indole derivatives as novel mitotic inhibitors, stereoisomers thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, uses of the same for therapeutic drugs, a composition comprising the same, a treatment method using the composition, and a production method of the same. The indole derivatives, stereoisomers thereof, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof inhibit tubulin polymerization during mitosis, induce apoptosis, and show excellent anticancer effects even to multidrug resistant cancer cells.본 발명은 신규한 세포 유사분열 저해제인 인돌 유도체, 이의 입체이성질체 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염, 치료용 약제를 위한 이의 용도, 이를 함유하는 조성물과 상기 조성물을 이용한 치료방법 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 인돌 유도체, 이의 입체이성질체 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용가능한 염은 유사분열 과정에서 튜불린의 중합을 저해하여 세포자살을 유도하며, 다제약 내성을 보이는 암세포에도 항암 효과가 우수하다.
