PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic massage tool capable of changing the diameter more easily, and a pneumatic massage device equipped with such a pneumatic massage tool.SOLUTION: A pneumatic massage tool 10 that is to be mounted to an arm or a leg of a person includes: a peripheral side part 16 that extends from one end 12 to the other end 14 in a cylindrical manner an air chamber 18 disposed in the peripheral side part a first connection member 22a provided to the peripheral side part and a second connection member 22b attached to the peripheral side part at a position away from the first connection member in a circumferential direction of the peripheral side part that can be removably coupled to the first connection member.
