PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mens urethral sphincter supporter that reliably supports an urethral sphincter when being worn by a man and thereby can solve problems concerning urine such as frequent urination, urinary leakage, urinary drip and residual urine.SOLUTION: A mens urethral sphincter supporter is provided for holding a urethral sphincter from below in wearing. The supporter has a supporter part in the center, engaging means detachably engaged to one another at both ends, a belt-shaped band having an elastic deformation part, and two elastic bands mounted in the band. The mens urethral sphincter supporter is worn by arranging the supporter part under a crotch, arranging the engagement part in the waist, engaging the engaging means to one another to change the band into a ring shape, arranged so as to pass through the elastic band from the inseam through buttocks and connected to the band in the vicinity of a hipbone.
