A memory (13) stores parameters of enterprise actions related to the subject, physical parameters of the subject and physical parameters of an environment of the subject. The temperature sensor is a remote contact less type temperature sensor or contact type temperature sensor. The physical parameters of the subject are species, age, weight and gender of the subject. The physical parameters of the environment of the subject are the temperature of air, humidity, current date, current time and circadian rhythm. The parameters of the enterprise actions related to the subject are date and time of the last enterprise action.
