The invention relates to a prosthetic assembly which includes: a) a dental apparatus provided with an implant-mucosa-supported structure (2)； b) implants, screwed into the jawbone (4), of which each generally cylindrical head (3) comprises, on the periphery thereof, starting from the top, first a circular projection (31) and then an annular groove (32)； and c) linking devices (1) intended for being inserted directly into the resin structure (2) of said dental apparatus and, in each case, removably connecting said apparatus to the head (3) of each of the facing implants.
