PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit that facilitates making of an ornamental device which requires circulation of water.SOLUTION: The water circulation device includes: a connection member (21) that is installed by closely attaching to the lower part of a water bowl (30) which has a drain hole in the bottom and a lower layer container (20) that is joined to the connection member. The lower layer container has a pump (41) that takes water inside the own container to feed it to the water bowl. The connection member has a hollow columnar body (14) that penetrates the connection member to erect in the water bowl through the drain hole.
