A decision support system capable of sensing a physiological status is disclosed. A database is stored with a baseline physiological data and a decision history data. A sensing module is sleeved onto a human body, so as to generate a physiological signal after sensing a physiological status of the human body, and to transmit the physiological signal to a processing module. After the processing module receives the physiological signal, it reads the baseline physiological data and the decision history data from the database, and performs an analysis action to the physiological signal, the baseline physiological data and the decision history data, so as to generate an analysis result.
