PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency of grafting work, and to provide an excellent grafted seedling by improving junction accuracy of the grafted seedling.SOLUTION: A device for producing a grafted seedling includes: a rootstock preprocessing part carrying a rootstock seedling to a junction position a scion preprocessing part carrying a scion seedling to the junction position and a bonding treatment part bonding the rootstock seedling and the scion seedling which are carried to the junction position. The rootstock preprocessing part is provided with a rootstock cutting device (64) cutting the rootstock seedling.
