One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a system that can measure profusion through a volume of tissue. The system can include a non-transitory memory that stores instructions and a processor that can be configured to execute the instructions to at least: receive an ultrasound signal response of a contrast agent within a volume of interest and determine the perfusion through the volume of tissue based on a probabilistic constant related to the geometry, the tissue density, the ultrasound signal response, and a feature of the geometry. The ultrasound signal response can include a time dimension and three position dimensions. The volume of interest can include a tissue density and a geometry.
