A system for sterilization and deodorization using oxygen cluster ions comprises: an oxygen cluster generation pipe to generate oxygen cluster ions from oxygen molecules in air by corona discharge； a sensor unit to acquire one or more pieces of sensing information related to air quality of an installation environment of the oxygen cluster generation pipe； and a control unit to control an oxygen cluster ion concentration generated by the oxygen cluster generation pipe to allow the air quality of the installation environment of the oxygen cluster generation pipe to maintain a preset state based on one or more pieces of sensing information. According to the system for sterilization and deodorization, since bacteria or a foul odor can be efficiently removed by using oxygen cluster ions which are an aggregate of oxygen molecule ions, indoor air can be purified to prevent a building syndrome or the like and reduce total volatile organic compounds (T-VOCs) in air. A multi-sensor can be used to maintain the generation state of oxygen cluster ions in an optimal state to reduce the number of air changes, an outside air introduction amount, and the rate of air circulation.
