PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an AED usable state to be remotely checked without going to an AED installation site so as to check the AED usable state.SOLUTION: An input circuit part 105 detects a blinking 102 system of an AED usable state LED, an OK mark system by a liquid crystal screen 103 of the AED usable state, an infrared communication 104 system output from an AED body without the AED body being contacted directly. The signal is transmitted to a control part 106 from the input circuit part 105.
