PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distal end part of a forward view type endoscope in which a nozzle head part can be configured in a small size, and which can be accurately bent without any variation by individuals by turning a fluid jetting direction toward an observation window.SOLUTION: A flow path hole 6 includes a nozzle insertion hole part 6A on the distal end side, to which a fluid jetting nozzle 10 is inserted and fixed, and a communication hole part 6B straightly communicated to the fluid jetting nozzle 10 from the rear side. The nozzle insertion hole part 6A is formed in a non-circular cross-sectional shape in which the extension area P of a part near the observation window 3 of the communication hole part 6B is closed. The fluid jetting nozzle 10 is formed in such a cross-sectional shape that it is fitted to the nozzle insertion hole part 6A without any play so as not to be rotated inside the nozzle insertion hole part 6A, and is fixed to a distal end part body 2.
