The present invention relates to: a manufacturing method of a nanoparticle for drug delivery and a nanoparticle for drug delivery manufactured thereby； a manufacturing method of liposome sealed with the nanoparticle for drug delivery and liposome manufactured thereby； a manufacturing method of a nanoparticle with a multi-layer structure, comprising the liposome； and a nanoparticle with a multi-layer structure manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, an organic solvent is not used in a manufacturing process, thereby preventing a problem of the toxicity due to a residual substance. The nanoparticle for drug delivery does not generate the modification of drugs, and has high stability. The manufacturing method can manufacture the nanoparticle for drug delivery having excellent dispersion forces of drugs in biological tissue.본 발명은 약물 전달용 나노입자의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 약물 전달용 나노입자, 상기 약물 전달용 나노입자가 봉입된 리포좀의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 리포좀, 상기 리포좀을 포함하는 다층 구조의 나노입자의 제조방법, 및 이에 따라 제조된 다층 구조의 나노입자에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 제조 공정에서 유기용매를 사용하지 않기 때문에, 잔류 물질로 인한 독성 문제가 일어나지 않고, 약물의 변성이 일어나지 않아 안정성이 높으며, 약물의 생체 조직에의 분산력이 우수한 약물 전달용 나노입자를 제조할 수 있다.
