The cartridge base comprises: a driving part for discharging the medicines stored in the cartridge case； a driving detection part for detecting the driving state of the driving part； and a control part for controlling the driving part according to prescribed data to discharge the medicines and provide information on the driving state detected by the driving detection part to a user.
