This creation is about a kind of ultra-low frequency sound generation device which can be used to produce mute sound. It mainly uses the vibrator, effector, band stop filter and signal integration unit to put the air frequency band in the music file into the hidden sound wave, so as to produce the ultra-low frequency sound wave which can be widely used in the same frequency band as the brain wave. It can also generate ultra-low frequency sound waves in the way of "Silence" in general cognition, which is more convenient and popular than the existing potential development machine and brain wave resonance instrument.本創作係關於一種可用以產生靜音之超低頻音波產生裝置，主要係透過震盪器、效果器、帶阻濾波器、訊號整合單元來將音樂檔中之空氣頻段置入隱藏之音波，如此則可製造出可廣泛應用之與腦波同頻段之超低頻音波。它並能以一般認知為「靜音」的方式來產生超低頻音波，較現有的潛能開發機、腦波共振儀器等方式更具便利性與普及性。
