The multiple use single use set (MUDS) has at least one syringe having a proximal end and a distal end spaced from the proximal end along the longitudinal axis. The MUDS further includes a plunger that is reciprocable within the syringe between the proximal and distal ends. A manifold is in fluid communication with the distal end of the at least one syringe. At least one valve is in fluid communication with the interior of the syringe. At least one valve is operable between a charging position for filling the interior of the syringe with fluid and a delivery position for delivering fluid from the interior of the syringe. At least one connection port is in fluid communication with the manifold and the interior of the syringe when at least one valve is in the delivery position. Multiple fluid delivery systems with medical connectors and MUDS are also provided.
