PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher to be compact when not used, not to require a wide arrangement space, and also to facilitate carrying.SOLUTION: A stretcher includes: a lower base part 2 where casters 10 are attached to both front and rear ends on a lower surface； and a bed part 3 to be arranged on the lower base part 2. The lower base part 2 and the bed part 3 are mutually separable. The lower base part 2 has a vertically extendable/contractable structure and becomes flat when contracted. The bed part 3 is folded in a middle part of a longitudinal direction.
