The self-adhering surface electrode includes a primary sensor to contact skin, and a secondary sensor, which differs from the primary sensor, to detect a secondary physical variable. In addition, the sensor arrangement includes an adapter, via which the primary sensor and the secondary sensor are interconnected to form a detachable unit.
